Most activities are accessible from a recommended height of 110 cm, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the experience. Children under 110 cm receive free admission.

What age is the Euro Space Center suitable for when visiting with grandchildren?
Spationaut Day is open to visitors of all ages, although a visit is recommended from age 6 to fully enjoy the activities and scientific content. Some experiences have minimum height requirements: 1.10 m for the Moon Walk, Mars Walk XP and Space Show 5D, and 1.30 m for the Space Rotor. Admission is free for children under 1.10 m tall.
Do grandparents have to take part in all the simulators?
No. The 11 activities included in Spationaut Day can be explored in the order you choose, allowing each visitor to adapt the day to their preferences and abilities. Grandparents can accompany their grandchildren without having to try every simulator and can enjoy calmer experiences such as the Planetarium, Space Tour or Mars Village. Some activities also have restrictions relating to mobility or certain physical conditions.
Is there a senior ticket for grandparents visiting the Euro Space Center?
Yes. The senior ticket for visitors aged 65 and over costs €32 for Spationaut Day. Booking at least 2 days before the visit gives a €2 discount per ticket. Tickets for children under 18 cost €30, while admission is free for children under 1.10 m tall.
How long should grandparents and grandchildren allow for a visit?
Allow around 6 hours to experience the full Spationaut Day and its 11 activities. The visit can be completed at your own pace, making it easy to take breaks throughout the day. The Voyager Café is available on site and serves hot meals between 11:30 am and 3:00 pm. Picnic areas are also available.
Should families book their Euro Space Center visit in advance?
Advance booking is not compulsory but is strongly recommended. Visitor numbers are limited on busy days, so booking guarantees admission. Reserving at least 2 days in advance also saves €2 per ticket.
